My Experience with this Versace Pour Femme fragrance:
The first thing that made me try this fragrance was its gorgeous golden bottle. It is a reminiscent of somewhat rounder version of beautiful Armand De Brignac Champagne bottle. The design and aura of the packaging somehow makes it look like a bottle of elixir coming straight from the palace of the Greek Gods.
My first experience with this Versace fragrance was also equally luxurious and I quite loved it. The fragrance starts with refreshing and clean initial blast of fruity-citrusy notes clearly showcasing the lemon and pomegranate. It has slight sweet touch because of bergamot, but nothing too overpowering or sugary. The scent slowly blends into the floral notes of heart and I could smell a lot of Jasmine infused with the citrusy notes. In the dry down the musk takes over and all I could smell for hours is gorgeous soft floral musky fragrance on my skin.
Eros Pour Feme Versace perfume has average sillage, and sits close to my skin after a couple of hours of wearing it. The longevity is good and I’ve experienced its staying power of around 8 hours on me.
I’ve received many compliments every time I have worn this, so the seductive, luxuriously clean aroma is not just for my nose, but a result of enriching and exotic way of its working with my skin. Overall, it is a fresh, light, clean, feminine, floral-musky fragrance that is apt for day wear on a summer day. I love its sybaritic feel, and makes me think of going on an early morning walk on a trail that has Pomegranate orchard on one side and a garden of Jasmine flowers on the other, while I sip fresh lime juice and smell the refreshing mix of all the gorgeous stuffs in my surroundings.
Below is a quick summary of all the likes and dislikes I’ve felt about this perfume:
– Gorgeous bottle
– Seductive fragrance
– Refreshing and clean initial blast of fruity-citrusy notes after which the fragrance sits as floral with musky touch to it. ,
– Perfect for summers
– Good staying power (8 hours)
– Light day wear fragrance
– Average sillage in the dry down
Overall: Versace Eros Pour Femme is definitely worth having in your collection for all that it has to offer. As resplendent is its packaging, so lavish is the fragrance, hence certainly recommended.
